Most AI tools send what you type to a company's servers. This one keeps every word on your own machines: the models run on your own hardware, and a case, a name, or a record stays in the building.

Why nothing leaves the building

The models run on your hardware, so the work happens where the records already are. Reaching an outside network is not the default behavior that has to be prevented, it is a denied action that has to be deliberately allowed.

The system is built to refuse outbound calls unless your government explicitly turns that on, and even then a person has to confirm. If your IT wants the strongest posture, it runs fully air-gapped, with no path to an outside network at all, and every part of it keeps working.

What it takes to run

For the person who has to run it

Hardware: Ordinary office computers. It looks at the machine it is on and picks a model that fits, so a standard desktop works and a stronger machine simply works faster.
Network: None required. Air-gap capable, with outbound calls denied by default.
Cost of use: Flat. There is no per-question bill, so staff can lean on it as hard as the work demands.
Model updates: You decide when. The model sits on your disk, and no update reaches it without your government installing it.
Kill switch: Built in, and it cannot be turned off. One action stops the AI from acting, immediately or after it finishes what it is doing.

Questions tribes ask about the AI

Does it train on our data?: No. The model runs on your machines and is not sent anything to learn from. Your records are used to answer your questions, in your building, and then they stay exactly where they were.
What if the AI gets something wrong?: A person approves before anything is final, so an error is caught at the desk rather than in the record. When the AI answers from your documents, it shows the passage it used, so the answer can be checked against the source.
Can we turn the AI off entirely?: Yes. The kill switch is built in and cannot be disabled. The rest of the system, the records and the workflows, keeps running without it.
